ESSA Launches Inaugural Mentorship Program
ESSA Clayton proudly launched its first-ever Mentorship Program Launch Night in 2026. Through this initiative, ESSA Clayton successfully connected 11 student members with 11 alumni mentors working across a diverse range of industries, from government to consulting.
The event provided students with the opportunity to hear firsthand about the alumni’s career journeys since graduation and ask questions to those who were once in their position. It also marked the first opportunity for mentees and mentors to meet in person, helping to foster meaningful connections and establish the foundation for ongoing professional relationships.
